Plan for your photography session:

Before scheduling your session, please consider your preferred settings, the number of participants and their availability, a​s well as any outfits, props, or personalization you would like to include. This pre-planning will help you select the ideal appointment type for your needs.​ Please include special requests and items in your booking information.

Arrive camera ready!

Please note that reserving a session blocks dedicated time with our photographer. As a result, the retainer fee required to complete your booking is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or changed without additional fees​ regardless of reason or circumstances. All appointments are scheduled using our on-line scheduling system.

About your photographer: 

Your photographers name is Matt and he has been a professional photographer for over 30 years. Our studio is family owned and operated. 

Finalizing your session: 

Approximately two weeks after your photo shoot, we will host a follow-up viewing session in studio where you can see your photos in high definition on our flat screen. We recommend that all decision-makers attend this meeting. To help you prepare for​ product options and financial planning ahead of time, please review the Pricing and Options tab under this link. 

Finally, once your order is placed, please allow a few weeks for processing and shipping.
